At Kit and Ace, we want you to love your Technical Apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping mailer with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
